Some of the important Terms & Conditions include:
What is expected of the participant?
- Tell the NDIS service buyer how you want the support services to be delivered.
- Always treat the provider with respect.
- If you have any concerns about the support services, make sure to reach out to the provider.
- Participate in the creation of an NDIS plan to suit your needs.
What is expected of the Provider?
- Make sure to review the NDIS plan at least every six months.
- Provide support services in accordance with the participant’s NDIS plan.
- Communicate openly with the NDIS participants.
- Work closely with the participants and consult whenever needed.
- Be a good listener and resolve problems in a timely manner.
How will payments be made?
Plan funding can be managed in two ways, including:
- Self-managed: In self-managed plan funding, the service provider will send the NDIS participant an invoice after support services are delivered. The participants will pay within 7 days of invoice receipt.
- Plan Managed: As the name suggests, the Plan Management agency is responsible for paying within 7 days of invoice receipt.
